Meet Korina

For over a decade, Korina has thrived on building relationships with business leaders and serving as a trusted advisor, offering continuous HR support and solutions tailored to the evolving needs of organizations. Inspired by the opportunity to assist more small businesses with their people strategy, she ventured into consulting. As a true problem solver, she enjoys tackling issues with a calm, level head and a sense of humor.

Korina's career spans diverse industries, including manufacturing, hospitality, education and healthcare. Korina holds a BA in Sociology with a minor in Business and a MA in Organizational Management with a specialization in HR Management. She also has an HR Consulting Certificate through IAPCC.

Outside of work, Korina resides in Southern Maine with her husband and two young daughters. She enjoys the beach, ocean, spending quality time with her family in nature, and traveling.

Why Tidal?

From being raised on the New England coast, to four years in sunny San Diego, I’ve always been pulled towards the sea.

Feeling grounded by the ocean, but at the same time, never knowing what the tide will bring each day, correlated nicely to my HR career, where every day presents a new and exciting challenge.
